# Overview

A stack is the core component of Deplify and is where the magic happens.  A stack not only deploys your code, but all the underlying AWS components to make your code secure, reliable, and scalable.

To make things even easier, Deplify provides **Stack Blueprints** which are preconfigured/common AWS setups that follow all the best practices.  Getting started with Deplify means picking the right blueprint for your project and hitting **Deploy**.
